This torch gives a beam with a large dull circle in the middle, which is precisely where you want clear light to be. Lensers we've owned previously have been good torches but this one is poor and performs worse than much cheaper torches. I certainly does not justify its considerable price. We won't be buying any more! |

I have two other models from Led Lenser, and they are both excellent. Unfortunately, this one would not zero correctly ( max narrow beam, still had a few rings). Only a minor complaint, but irritating. I am sure that a small adjustment would make it perfect, so 95% ok, as it is, hence 4/5. To return it, due to high postal charges, is out of the question. |

The torch was ideal as it is light weight, gives out very little heat, uses very little power and is bright enough to do the job I intended. I was very impressed at how light weight it was. The beam is too bright to point directly into your eyes, dont do this at home. I later used the torch to find my missing dog in a 2 acre field at night (hes good at hiding) and the power of the beam was great. I particularly liked the adjustable range... |
