avoid By: kangaroo, on March 21, 2014 Pros: Cons: "Good point: Cheap... Not so good points: - Too much play in the spindle/screw. - It flexes even when only hand tightened. (put a tube on the handle and do another half turn and it sways like a banana) - ie. It can not be used where a heavy duty G Clamp is requires (driving a bearing in/out etc) due to the play and the flex. Look elsewhere if you need a Serious G clamp. You should also look elsewhere if you dont (..need a Serious G clamp) as there are many... |
