Utterly useless out of doors - one year on and it it peeling and flaking By: Richard White, on July 26, 2016 Pros: Cons: "One year on and it it peeling and flaking. I have always used oil based paints for our house woodwork in the past, but decided that the time had come to believe the hype that the chemistry of water based paints has now caught up. I stripped off the old pain and started from bare wood following the instructions to the letter and the weather was good. I chose Ronseal as it had a 10 year guarantee as I didn't want to do it again for a good few years - utterly useless. |
