Not what I expected By: J. Malone, on March 18, 2012 Pros: Cons: "I purchased this and a £37 padlock. The padlock is very good, way beyond the capabilities of the hasp which is lightweight and wouldnt take much effort to break through. The hinge pin ends are exposed and once ground off the pin will drop out & the hasp will fall apart. The metal is press folded around the hinge pin and is not seam welded. If you are looking for serious security look elsewhere imho. I should have the old addage - you only get what you pay for! |
