Fantastic By: Geoff, on May 17, 2015 Pros: Cons: "My first impact driver was a Mac-Allister Li-Ion 18V impact wrench, with a 1/2 inch square drive and 1/4 hex screwdriver adaptor, half price at ?50 from the bargain bin at B&Q. That made me realise how effective impact drivers could be for large and long screws. The Mac-Allister was a bit cumbersome, so I then got a Dewalt 10.8V impact driver, together with a 10.8V drill driver.
