Badly packaged, missing pieces and a bit of a joke By: Mr K, on July 2, 2013 Pros: Cons: "The Draper item/support works very well. I used it to raise and lower my car engine during a recent cam belt change, it made the job a lot easier. Unfortunately several of the parts were missing from the package, it was obvious that the outer cardboard box had been ripped open during transit. It didn't take long to realize the missing parts had spilled out during delivery as the remaining ones were simply loose in the box. The courier had attempted to hide this by mummifying it badly in packaging tape... |
