B., on January 20, 2015 Pros: Cons: "I recently used this product to re-point firebricks inside a fireplace and seal a register plate frame for a new fireplace stove. The texture seems to be thicker than other brands; more like a putty. This was excellent for the application due to restricted work space where it was not practical to use a trowel. Wearing good rubber gloves I rolled the cement into cigar shaped pieces and pressed them into the joints between the bricks. Then I used the pointer to squeeze the cement into the cracks... |
