A poor substitute for the original 4" Faithful G clamp. By: KeJa1962, on January 26, 2019 Pros: Cons: "Unfortunately the particular 4" Faithful G clamp recieved was not the same Faithful 4" G clamp being advertised. I am already familiar with the particular 4" Faithful G clamp advertised because some years ago I bought one and was immediately impressed by it's quality. The clamp G recieved was a decidedly inferior more recent offering of the 4" Faithful G clamp, of a different design, made with a lower quality steel. |

Handy clamp with a long reach when you need it By: Geoff, on June 6, 2012 Pros: Cons: "Ideal for when you need to reach a long way to clamp something. As a retired engineer, I have never seen a G clamp with such a deep throat, despite much searching over the years. Don't expect too much, as with such a deep throat and a relatively slender frame it won't take too much clamping force and has quite a lot of give. It could do with being more robust, which would make it worth the extra star, but that would come at a cost. For the price it is good value and the... |
