Brilliant pump! By: hugsbz, on August 17, 2016 Pros: Cons: "This pump makes watering the garden so much easier from our water butts and it drains the barrel to just a few millimetres, but it is prone to silting up. Air blockages can be a little tricky to shift when you switch to another water butt. |

Not worth it's full price - but when at a competitive offer price - it is a bargain. It benefits from a very long mains cable. As other people have commented, care needs to be exercised to prevent the filters clogging. Bearing in mind this is for use outdoors and in/near water the option to cut off a molded waterproof plug and replace it is not a viable one. On speaking to Amazon they offered a ?5 discount toward an adapter. Still not a good idea unless you use one of the sealed type rather than a shaver type one.
