French polishing -Easier than I thought. By: webwise, on December 4, 2014 Pros: Cons: "Had a go with this yesterday and have managed to renovate a rather sad looking french polished kitchen table at my first attempt. My advice would be: 1) Buy some methylated spirit - you WILL need this! 2) Download a how to french polish guide o=from the internet. 3) Be patient and allow time between caost for it to dry properly. 4) Dont skimp on quantity - you will need at least 300ml (I paid £8) for most jobs, smaller bottles will nto be enough. |
